Overview
We promote health and economic development through service. This serves both a moral and scholarly purpose. Through service, we generate transferable knowledge from important hands-on direct experience. In addition to working with Partners In Health and the Millennium Villages Project, Matt has co-founded two initiatives: 1) PIVOT is an ambitious healthcare delivery and research organization in Madagascar, and provides a unifying platform for this Lab; and 2) Rwanda Village Enterprises, LLC, is a private sector housing company, dedicated to creating sustainable mixed-use mixed-income housing in Rwanda.
Our healthcare work with PIVOT is guided by the following values
